“Great service, delicious food”
Reviewed April 11, 2013

We sat in courtyard which was very pleasant. Service was excellent. Trio of small dips came with our bread. We had salmon burger with roasted peppers and onions accompanied with yummy , crispy, sweet potato fries. Another entree, we're the little pear and marscapone filled pasta purses with a cheesy cream sauce. Both entrees were very tasty. Spinach salad was big enough to share and came with tomato, sweet toasted pecans, and small breaded cheese which melted in your mouth. For dessert, we shared filo dough tart, with apples, almond flavoring and topped with vanilla ice cream. That was a little disappointing, as there were very few apples and dough was nothing special. Menu has many choices from meat loaf, pork chops, turkey burgers, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, pizza, pasta, etc.

“Good food in an interesting setting”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Soyka is in what looks initially like a decrepit building but proves to be warm and inviting with really good food. I had the special which was papardelle with mixed sea food while my friend has spinach ravioli. Good wine at the bar before we ate and at dinner for reasonable price. Can't wait to go again and try sitting in another part of the restaurant.

“Must have a sticky date pudding!”
Reviewed April 5, 2013

Love this restaurant! The ambiance is great. Kind of sad they took away the pasta dish I would always get but the turkey burger and sweet potato fries are good. But the absolute must have is the sticky date bread pudding. Not sure if it is on the menu and it is different than their regular bread pudding. Definitely ask for it though. You won't be disappointed!
