After seeing a movie at the Tower Theatre with friends, we drifted down the street to this bistro which (I believe) recently opened. Apparently there was an asian fusion bistro in the same location previously. We arrived late (around 10 pm) on a Thursday night, and the 1 waitress kindly accommodated our group of 13. She figured out how to give us all separate checks (extremely nice!), and did a great job of taking care of all our questions and needs. The eclectic mix of Japanese (mostly rolls and sushi) and Peruvian food was very good, very fresh, and the presentation of each dish was outstanding -- right out of the Food Network (maybe better!). A very creative chef, and talented! I will be back to visit this hidden gem, for sure.
