We had an amazing experience at the Zoological Wildlife Foundations. Two of the staff members took us on a private tour. They were friendly and it was obvious they love their jobs. It is worth the price if you love animals. It gets you up close and personal. I got to play with a baby tiger and had a great time. Without GPS we would have never found it, but so glad we did. Had a great time!!

This is a perfect place to bring someone who loves animals, because the Zoological Wildlife Foundation lets you interact with many of them here, not just view. We got to play with a friendly and very interactive Tiger Cub, Lemur, Capuchin Monkeys, Camels, and many more! The staff was extremely nice and selfless, and I did not feel rushed at all when interacting and looking at the animals. You will not be disappointed.

What an amazing place. It's way out in the middle of nowhere and there is no sign, just looks like a fancy gated driveway. Inside you'll park and enter the waiting room where you sign all the hold harmless agreements. Then your tour guide arrives and off you go! Ally took us around on the golf cart. We visited birds and got to hold Sam the Toucan. We enjoyed lions and tigers who were actually up and playing with their toys, splashing in the water, unlike the tigers at our home zoo who never seem to do anything but sleep. We petted monkeys through their cages. We were five feet (and two fences) from adult tigers crunching up chicken, they grumble and fuss while they eat.

Then we came to the little building where the babies live. Ally brought out two baby monkeys (capuchin and gibbon) for us to hold. Their tiny soft ears were amazing. And then she brought out Nuripenda, King of Kings, 20 lb baby tiger. I expected us to be caged in a room but we just played with him all around the grounds as he pounced and roamed free. We petted and held him until he fussed, then we put him down to let him romp for a while.

We have amazing pictures and amazing memories. If you can afford it, do it. You won't be sorry.

Thank you for a wonderful review. We are extremely glad to hear you enjoyed your tour. Our tour guides strive to bring you the most educational and interactive experience possible. Your reviews and opinions mean the world to our team, as we continue to find ways to improve the visitor experience.

Your satisfaction means the world to Ally, second only to working with the animals, and she thanks you for the positive feedback. As a self funded organization, it is difficult to maintain the facility and expand on what we currently have. Nearly every dollar earned goes back to the animals and their conservation. TripAdvisor has been our main source of marketing, without it and all of your honest feedback we can not make this all possible.

Thank you!

The ZWF Team

Wow what an awesome experience!! Today, my husband and I decided to take our 8 yr old grandson, Justin & his cousin Riley for a tour. The grounds are are beautifully kept. Our tour guide was Jordan who was very nicde and extremely patient. We later got to meet the rest of the staff who was equally nice & accomodating. The boys reall enjoyed playing with both tiger cubs as well as getting their pictures taken.

It was an amazing experience. I will make sure to share this with all of our friends. Keep up the good work

A friend and I flew into Miami and headed straight to ZWF with intentions on a picture with a tiger cub only and to be on our way. Once we got there and greeted by THE nicest staff, the full tour was explained to us. We decided to go for the tour. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Ally was our guide. This young lady is fantastic! We weren't rushed and given plenty of time to take in all of the views. Ally has a genuine love for the animals and you tell she and the others working here really love what they do. The animals were very clean and well behaved. It was a true blessing to have the experience. I left there with tons of pictures and totally, completely satisfied with my visit! I will definitely visit there again.

We are glad you decided to take the tour! It is a privilege for us to have the opportunity to extend this experience to you and all others who have taken our tours and encounters. Our entire staff has a passion for wildlife and vast knowledge of the resident species.

Through education we look to provide conservation for these amazing creatures for years to come. Please follow us on the web as we continue to expand our projects and add new residents to the facility in hopes of propagation and conservation while extending to people new experiences they may never have a chance to have as these animals are steadily decreasing in numbers.
