This trip is great, it costs a buck but what you get in return in priceless. We had the tour plus tiger cub encounter. If I'm in Miami again I would definitely visit this place again.
The service on their website was very good and the owner was very helpful over the mail to help us with the booking.
The tourguide Andrea was very knowledgeable and ethousiastic. It is clear she loves the animals and her job. She made some great pictures during the tiger encounter which we will enjoy a long time to come.

This place was much nicer than a zoo. The private tour was great, we had lots of questions about the animals and their happiness, but by the end of tour we knew the animals were living a good life. Loved the hands on experience with the animals!! We had a great time! If you genuinely love and care about animals, this is a great experience!

It had always been my dream to play with tiger cubs and here it came true! Me and my boyfriend paid to do a general wildlife tour and an hours interaction with tigers. Our tour guide Andrea was very knowledgeable and you could see she cared about the animals. On the general wildlife tour we gave blueberries to a toucan, walked around the birds, monkeys, tigers, lions and saw the liger whilst she was telling us more about the animals. She then took us to the monkey nursery where we got to hold a couple of baby monkey and feed them.

Then came the best part of the tour the tigers. This was there first time outside during an interaction as had been raining so they were very intrigued in everything. The 1st tiger we played with was called Maya, she was very playful and Andrea took pictures for us as well. The 2nd tiger was Dalia she wasnt as playful but still very cute! We got half an hour with each of them and what we paid was worth it for a dream to come true.

When it was all over Andrea lent us her phone to call our taxi and took us to the gates to wait for it. As we were waiting it started to chuck it down with rain so we called on the buzzer and they took us back in and let us wait inside the monkey nursery for the taxi to come, very much appreciated. We also met the owner who had a honey bear and let us hold that and was telling us about future plans.

We looked at a few different places before we chose zoological and so glad we went with these, a really nice place, friendly staff and the animals are well looked after and loved. Thank you for such an amazing experience!!!!!

I visited this while going back from key west on way to atlanta
firstly , its a residence with no board or logo

secondly we paid 200 bucks for 2 people ........200 $ ?????
thinking that we could play with tiger cubs for few mins but they looked little bit aggressive since they already crossed their baby age to be soft enough for human interaction

and i never like to see birds in cage
since atleast land animals can move here and there even though i wont support cages for them
what abt birds? they can never fly?? its so depressing

I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone

Thank you for your recent review of our facility. Just to clarify, the package which you purchased was the general tour encounter plus tiger cub photo session, this package does not include interaction or play time with the tiger cub, and for this reason, these cubs were not offered for playtime. We are a facility that takes great pride in the maintenance and care of our animals. We do not bring in tiger cubs solely for guest enjoyment, we offer the animals that we have available at the time, and animals that we are taking care of at our facility, so what you are implying is that we are supposed to have an abundance of tiger cubs available at all times for visitors, which is an absurd and irresponsible thing which we will never practice at our facility. Although we would love for all of our animals to roam “cage-less” at our facility, there are state laws we must abide by and security issues that would present themselves if we had our animals roaming free. We are constantly constructing higher quality enclosures and habitats for our animals when funds are available, and we try to provide the best life possible for our animals with the funds that we receive from the tours, events, and educational shows we offer! Also note that our bird’s enclosures exceed the regulation standards by 5 times! Your payment for your tour has provided more funding and improvement for our animals’ enclosures and their lives at our facility and we thank you for that. We thank you for your input and hope that you can clearly see the dedication we have for these animals and if indeed we had the available funds and additional space, then all of our animals would be in even larger habitats! Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We had a private tour, got to touch, feed, hold some animals. It was so nice.. Not like in most zoos, we got close and personal with the animals which made it a special experience especially the 15 minutes of playtime with a young tiger!!! Sigh:: I highly recommend this place if you would like to see exotic animals. The people who work there are also very friendly..
