“Loved the experience”

The tour must be booked and paid in advance and for us it was a bit of a risk we took since we didn't know if it was going to rain or not. It didn't. :-)

We absolutely loved interacting with all the animals, we won't soon forget this experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

Lucky we gave ourselves some extra time to get there, since there was a lot of traffic through Miami. However, even though we were there on time, our tour started one hour late.

This was one of the coolest experiences of my life. You get to come so close to each and every animal all while learning about them. We were guided by Ali who was extremely sweet and very knowledgable of all the animals. We learned so much and had the time of our lives, at the end we got to meet Mia the tiger cub. Definitely was a dream come true. You can tell the people at this facility truly care about the animals that stay here. If you love animals, you MUST visit this place.

We were there last week and paid extra for the baby tiger and jaguar encounter. This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our 10 day trip to Florida! The tour guide, Jordan, was very friendly and knowledgeable and the owner even let us spend extra time with the jaguar so that I could get a good picture of him!

It might seem a bit spendy, but definitely worth every penny!

Reviewed June 23, 2013

My family and I visited this past weekend. Our tour guide Allie was AWESOME!! She was very knowledgeable of the animals and was great with my family. Our favorite part of course was the encounter with the Tiger Cub MYA.. She was sooo adorable. We also enjoyed holding the monkeys and playing with the clouded snow leopard. We would recommend this place to people of ALL ages and we will definitely be returning SOON!!!
