This bistro had a very genuine atmosphere, with a very relaxed environment. The service was amazing and way beyond the average service we received in Miami. The food was excellent and great value for money. All the dishes we tried were amazing and very interesting combinations of flavours.

We would all definitely go back!

We regularly rely on Tripadvisor for restaurant recommendations when we are in a different city and we are rarely pointed in the wrong direction. We followed TA advice in Miami and we enjoyed the opportunity to experience some fresh, creative, and exciting food flavors. My husband ordered the citrus ceviche as an appetizer and loved the fresh flavors and interesting textures. The outdoor seating, at least in the evening, was very pleasant. The traffic did not bother us and the casual seating and ambient lighting were delightful. If I want to be very direct (and this could be personal taste) the menu is very heavy on the use of truffle oil. I'm just not a fan. I've been to France and believe me when I say truffle oil is rarely used. It is however, sold to tourists in great quantities! It's common to flake or shave truffles onto many things and the alchemy from combining them with almost anything is magical. Truffle oil, however, is (in my opinion) over used, unnecessary, and distracting. This restaurant has an excellent chef who clearly understands food preparation, flavor combinations, execution and presentation - there's no need to "oversell" it with dousing everything in truffle oil.

We were intrigued thanks to the many reviews on TripAdvisor, and were thrilled that we'd stopped in for a dinner with friends. The setting is unique, an older home with charm for days. We passed on the outdoor seating area as the street noise from Coral Way was a little too much. The indoor option was perfect. Inviting & warm. Personalized, and comfortable.

The owner was quick to approach us. As it turns out, the owner is the chef - Diego. He could be the twin brother of "the most interesting man in the world". He is engaging, hospitable, and a perfect host. And on top of it all, an amazing chef. Diego suggested the "tasting menu", and is our strong suggestion that consisted of 7 courses. Each course was light, and unique. Our favorite: the sea bass. One of the best of all times. The cheese cake is spectacular.

We most definitely will go back. Casabe hit the spot for us ... a great find in Miami!

Expect a wondeful experience coupled with a great menu. Included in my top restaurants in the Miami area and one of best in America. Awesome to have a cozy family dinner in a relaxing enviroment.
