Description: Toro Toro cultivates dining into a unique, and sexy experience that speaks to Latin America's celebration of food and Miami's lust for life. The zest of downtown and the heat of the city are rooted in Richard Sandoval's contemporary Pan-Latin concept where shareable plates, carefully crafted cocktails, and a daring ambiance encourage guests to get a little closer.

Food was prepared properly and had great flavor. We did the Miami Spice menu and it was a good value. The La Bomba dessert was a real treat. We had one slip in service and the manager comp'd me a drink before I knew what hit me.

I must say, Miami has figured out what people want. Quality food at a reasonable price with friendly service...LA are you listening! Toro Toro (Bull Bull not Tuna Belly Tuna Belly) is a wonderful restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel near the Miami Harbor. The steak was cooked to perfection and I could almost cut it with my fork...really! The fresh fish was exactly that FRESH and the service, once again, was terrific. I liked staying at the Langford for 1/3 the price of the Intercontinental but would gladly walk the 5 blocks to go there again.

The service was outstanding and the food was gorgeous! The choice was buffet or a la carte. The buffet was too much for me but looked fantastic!

We came as a group to Miami Spice for dinner. We had 3 course meal. We all had something different. The best appetizer was the smoked salmon. We also tried the ceviche and shrimp but I recommend the smoked salmon. For entree, we had the meat platter, flank steak, and sea bass. Those who had the sea bass said it was buttery and soft. The steak and meat platter were also very good. As for dessert, they are know for La Bomba. I would get it just for the presentation.

The food was good but is pricy considering what they offer. Service is great and ambience ok. There are better places at downtown.
