Description: PIZZARIUM. A slice of RomeAuthentic Roman Style pizza!Pizza by the slice or tray.To Stay, To Go & DeliveryYOUR HEALTHY CHOICEAt Pizzarium we take great care of you and the dough. Our dough rises for 96 hours. Our crust is light and crispy, with plenty of bubbles. Not yeasty at all. The lightness of our pizza dough is due to a special procedure and natural technique, and contains a high percentage of protein and low sugar (simple sugar). That’s why it can be considered healthy pizza.ITALIAN TASTEUsing only extra virgin olive oil, top quality fresh organic seasonal vegetables, nuts, herbs and spices, Italian dairy products and ingredients, we create the unique freshness, healthiness and exclusiveness of our Pizza.

“Good pizza”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 10, 2014

Food was good, not the best I've ever had but it was quality. Our nutella dessert pizza was burnt on the bottom, if that hadn't happened it would have been to die for. Ordered room service from our hotel, took about 45 minutes, not too bad. I would go back again for the arancini fungi e tartufo!!

“Best pizza ever?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 5, 2013

I don't know if this is the best pizza I've ever had, but as the kid's like to say, this pizza is "off-the-hook" good!

This restaurant is definitely not your normal pizza joint, nor is their pizza normal American-style pizza. Don't get me wrong--there's nothing wrong with regular American-style pizza, I quite enjoy it actually--but the pizza here is different. Though they have traditional pepperoni, etc., this place is more of a "gourmet" pizza restaurant. Lot's of interesting topping, but it's the crust that sets this place apart. Evidently they used flour & yeast imported from Italy & let the crust rise for something like 3-4 days. Regardless of how they do it, their crust, though not a thin-crust, is light & bubbly with lots of air pockets is just great.

I've only been twice, but each time was great--HIGHLY recommended!

“What a surprise.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 1, 2013

A business associate suggested this place for a quick bite. I have returned twice since then and within the past month. The pizza is perhaps the best I've eaten in a while. The dough is light, nothing like simple bread and the balance of the ingredients is pretty good. Price is also a plus as a slice (and it's a large chunk of pizza) is about $4.00 tops. At lunch they have combos including half-slice, salad and the drink for about $10.

I must certainly recommend this place and hope they keep up with the quality.
