Expect nothing you will get less!
We paid 185$ for 2 adults and 2 children 8+10
We expected a water park, got 3 inflated structures with slides which were not ready to use when the park opened at 10:00
One of them was closed for maintenance. On the first slope the kids did hit their head so bumpy it was and decided not to go back. At 11:00 the private beach opened...went there, view is nice to the Miami buildings but the beach is small, not cleaned, no sun beds or comfortable chairs just metallic benches, 2 lifeguards sitting there and chanting instead of making this place welcoming, to be avoided
The shows: if you want to seat, make sure to clean your spot
The turtles, one was on her back for 30’, I obviously informed the staff they would not have noticed
The Baboons looked sick at least 3 out of 4
The water ponds were birds and other animals live were really dirty
I mean seriously is this park about to close? If not they should!
The Nerf zone: great idea but you’re dying in the heat under a dome and the Nerf provided don’t shoot well
And to crown it all, the staff has no clue about where to find what. Only the nice gentleman at the water slide with the pool deserves our respect, he tried his best but when the boats sinks even the best crew can’t save it.
Please spend your money elsewhere and if you happen to work for animal protection make sure to send an inspector there...

The price is too high for the amount of things to see/do that come included with the admission ticket. We concluded our walk of seeing the animals within 30 minutes. We asked an employee for directions to a show. We waited and waited in the stands among other people, and little by little everyone started to leave. No one showed up to perform the show! We then went to the "water park", which was extremely disappointing. My child was so excited, but he only went on a slide once. He said that the landing from the slide is hard due to all the small pebbles under the plastic pool. He was in pain and wanted to leave. I wanted him to leave with a somewhat pleasant experience so I chose to purchase them something from the gift shop. Well there was a puddle of water INSIDE the gift shop, my child fell. I went to tell an employee so that they could put up a "wet zone" sign. The employee did not even apologize.

There was no interaction with animals. We plaid 52 dollar just for seeing a few animals in a cage. Maybe 10 diverent specis. There was a birdshow during 15 minutes and a educatief show during 10 minutes. There was a possability to swim but we did not know So no swimming clothes. It was a very expensive, and dissapointed experience.

The visit to this park was disappointing. There is not much for the people who have been to good zoo.
