when i was there last year the hotel was undergoing remodeling so all was in bad shape. and the put me in an old not remodeled room which was poor. including super old and noisy old fashioned air conditioner. also thought it is true they have a shuttle service it only comes once per hour so depending on when you get your bags you can wait almost an hour for the shuttle.

Room Tip: only book a room that you can confirm has already been remodeled.

Stayed here back in May 2014. I am a fellow Ramada Brand Employee at the front desk in Orlando Florida, this is why I decided to stay here. I am very big on customer service, it never hurts anyone to be nice. I will say the Front Desk Staff is very unpleasant. The little spanish girl is very rude. I had called in advance to make sure all 4 of my rooms was booked in and credit cards had been authorized in advance.. When I got there 1 room credit card declined and the Front desk had our phone number on file and didn't take the initative to contact us to let us know our FOP isn't valid, instead they cancel the reservation and were already sold out. Luckily, I have 1 room with 2 King Beds so I was able to share the room with the other occupants in my party. In the 266 the 2 kings, the ac stopped working, it did get fixed, Thank you for that. Housekeeping service was good, rooms were emaculatly clean. They also meet the Ramada Standards with the bed cards and towel cards (GO GREEN!). However on a Friday night, housekeeping left at 9pm and was unable to get pillows delievered at 10pm. pool open 24hr! Awesome as well. The front desk staff also sits down, that is also not as ramada standard. It is also unprofessional, if you're going to sit thats okay, but when a guest is approaching, you should stand. Other than that I would stay here again, just the staff needs to be a bit nicer.
