Great trip. We got the 48 hour plus boat tour. Great to get your bearings and our guide Ashley Diaz was brilliant and gave us loads of extra help. The boat tour was great and we got to see all the mansions and scarf ace house. Well worth it!!

“Tour guide has to be more enthusiastic”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 7, 2013

I have done this kind of touch in other City like Chicago and SFO. But this one far far below than the expectation. Price is bit expensive than other city tour. Seems to be covering many more tourist attraction but actual those are really not any tourist attraction. They have included public swimming pool, market complex, eateries in their tourist attraction list. They are talking to places like Vizcaya and Jungle Island where you need to buy your entry ticket and you need half a day to cover the place. They also do not provide wifi which other tour operator provide
They have language and live tour guide. The language guide really does not work good in a moving bus. The tour guide has to more energetic, enthusiastic and funny.
We bought 48 hours ticket but did not want to use it for the 2nd day and they returned the money. appreciated!!

“Best way to see the city and the beach!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2013

If you are pressed for time this is a great way to see the key places in Miami. The vintage buses allow you to hop on and off with 24-48hr passes. You can even combine your pass with a boat cruise or airboat Everglades ride for very little money.
The guides are very knowledgeable. I live in Miami and even I learned a thing or two!

They even have a service that takes cruise passengers directly from the tour to the airport where your bags and departing flight await you.

“Take Big Bus, AVOID Citysightseeing”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 30, 2013

I found Big Bus online, and went to one of their designated stops. Unfortunately, when a red, double-decker bus came I didn't notice that it was Citysightseeing, NOT Big Bus. And my experience with Citysightseeing was a bad one. Their guides did a good job, but we sat for 30 minutes at one stop and 15 minutes at two others. An hour total of sitting and going nowhere. As for their frequency, they claim 45-minutes between buses (versus 30 for Big Bus), but they don't even make that. I understand that Big Bus has 20+ buses, and Citysightseeing has 4, so that explains part of it. Definitely avoid Citysightseeing and go with Big Bus!
