HORRIFIC SERVICE! They take reservations but dont respect them. They make you wait extremely long for your food, then bring it incomplete, no silverware, no bread, just terrible dreadful service. If it wasnt for the service and the time it takes to get your food, it wouldnt be that bad.... The problem when you get the food is that you are already so upset for the wait that you dont enjoy it as you would. HIRE PROFESSIONAL STAFF!

Great food prepared with skill and invention. Particularly love the New Orleans flavors. Service could be better but the food is worth the wait

This is a small quaint restaurant by the river. The ambience is simple but the food is spectacular! Worth trying. Specially since the prices are very reasonable. The cuisine is New Orleans style. My favorites dishes are the BBQ shrimp, seafood gumbo, and the oyster pie! Don't miss the carrot cheesecake.

very good food, good service! nice alternative.
Everything was very tasty, the prices weren't very high, we went there 2 times, as it was close to the hotel.

The Red Light Little River is right on the water at Little River, also called the Red Light Diner. Entering from the street, it's set up a little like old-style diners, but follow to the right and back and you will find the staircase to the outdoor patio over the river.

On a warm Miami night, it's a wonderful place for good food and quiet conversation. The menu is small, but everything was excellently prepared. There are daily specials, which dominate the selections. I had the halibut fingers and small clams which was wonderful. Prepared in a white wine sauce, no, the fingers were not fried as is commonly available. It was great!

A nice selection of wines and beers at very reasonable prices. There is parking next door for $3, although other parking options are difficult in the neighborhood. The patio is simple and uncrowded, and even has a watch-cat in attendance.
In all, the Red Light is a great option for a warm evening out.
