When a couple of bosses asked to take me out with a colleague for my birthday lunch I was so busy relishing the attention and congeniality I had no idea what was in store for me when they treated me to Zuma in downtown Miami. Let me assure you - the wonderful scrumptious food coupled with the good company was absolutely mid-day magic (probably enhanced by our beautiful waitress who could have been a stand-in for Kirsten Dunst and a passel of waiters and busboys who appeared to have effortlessly stepped out of the pages of Details magazine). We came as colleagues and left as friends as Zuma wove their web of enchantment through impeccable service and truly delicious food. Would I go here everyday? Absolutely! Can I? No of course not - but that's what makes being treated at Zuma for one's birthday so magical and special - it's a meal that won't soon be forgotten and it's special knowing you don't just spend your day with co-workers you can also work with friends.

First off, Zuma is not cheap but all the food is amazing. Whether you want sushi or the robata grill or any specials, it is all perfect.

Top 2 are Black Cod and the Toro

But for an amazing value and best brunch around, opt for the Sunday brunch. $79/pp with various all you can drink options like bloody mary, veuve cliquot or Dom. All the food is great and it will cst a lot less than a dinner however, if you are looking for a vibe and scenery, night time is the right time.

A great night out. They were very helpful in taking our reservation via email from the UK. A great atmosphere, drinks at the bar, food and service. Attentive but not overbearing and would definitely return. Compared to other places in Miami that we went to, I thought it was relatively good value for money.

We have had Sushi all over the world and always come back to Zuma!!! Always a long wait on weekends to get a table but worth the wait.

The food is excellent at Zuma - very high quality, tasty, great presentation. Cocktails are equally impressive. Service was also amazing. The only downside is that we had to wait a very long time for our table. Having also been to the Zuma in Dubai, the Miami location is equally as good. The only thing to be aware of is that the menu is smaller in Miami, but most of the classic Zuma dishes can be found here anyway.
