My best friend and I stayed at this hotel for one night (Saturday, April 13, 2019). We were assigned room 3306. We had an excellent stay!
First, this hotel is located in the heart of downtown Miami, within walking distance to Brickell. As with any large hotel in an urban setting, parking will be scarce and costs to valet at the hotel will be high. This is pretty standard at any hotel in any urban setting in any city throughout the world. Traffic around the hotel is a nightmare (typical Miami nonsense).
Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was not ready upon arrival, but we stored our luggage and went to grab lunch in Little Havana. As we were eating lunch, the front desk agent contacted my friend to let him know our room was ready.
We had an entire day planned, but when we checked into the room, we did not want to leave. Seriously! We crashed on the bed and did not awake until dinner time! The room was beautifully appointed, large, and spotless with incredible views of skyscrapers and the Miami River. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The AC made the room incredibly cold (which I love). The bathroom was large and had the perfect shower and set-up. I absolutely loved everything about the room and bathroom!
The hotel is busy. Lobby is nice, but rather stark (not much too it). The lobby is connected to the Wells Fargo Center.
The only staff we really interacted with were the valet / bellman staff. All of these guys were working hard and very friendly and personable.
I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami! It is a great property!
