the best hotel I've ever stayed in everything was so good. From we get in until we checked out. We were greeted by a boy called Pedro really col guy who went out of his way to make us feel at home. The bathroom has both a full tub, stall shower, & double sinks. This is the best JW Marriott in the country. The views out of the floor to ceiling windows are absolutely breathtaking- both during the day and at night.

This JW is among the best I have stayed in. Rooms are gorgeous with sleek accessories, great bedding and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff could not be more amenable. The location is just few blocks from Biscayne Bay which was beautiful to walk along. There are numerous restaurants of great quality nearby. If you need to stay before a cruise out of Miami, then you are so close to the port you can see it from the bay, a $10 Cab ride. One of my favorite Marriotts in the country.

This is by far the best Marriott owned property. Beats any Ritz Carlton by far!
The rooms are hugh, with breath taking views. The bathroom has both a full tub, stall shower, & double sinks. The bed was comfy with a hugh flat screen tv built into the wall. on the opposite room, was a large desk/work area, along with couch & relaxing chairs, & another Hugh flatscreen tv. The only negative was the phones are always busy, and my wake up call came 45 minutes late. I'd still recommend staying here for sure, just make sure to set your Iphone alarm.
The pool is also very cool, as it is a Steel pool & very large. The whole Hotel is very new & lots of fun. Very luxurious.

This is the best JW Marriott in the country. The views out of the floor to ceiling windows are absolutely breathtaking- both during the day and at night. The rooms are huge, the bed is so comfortable you never want to leave, and the bathrooms are incredible with a separate bathtub and shower as well as a tv in the mirror. Everything about the hotel is first class. There is a full size basketball court and a terrific gym that offer the same great views while working out. The pool area is great for relaxing after a long day of work or sightseeing. Room service was good and reasonably priced. My only issue with this hotel was the valet- it takes entirely too long to get your car. Definitely give yourself enough time to have them get your vehicle. Besides that- I would certainly stay here again.

Room Tip: Give yourself time to get your car from the valet, during busy hours it can take upwards of 20 minut...

Very nice business hotel and excellent service. I stayed two nights and enjoyed both of them. The staff dealt with every request promptly and efficiently. The rooms have been extensively renovated and include every possible technology option except a charger for the IPhone 5. After a while, I found it easier to pick up the phone than make every request via the customized iPad. I would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms in the premium section of the hotel on 39th or 49th floors.

My room was amazing - spacious, beautiful, clean, top quality and well furnished. It had a huge flat screen TV, large desk, computer in the room (very handy, but slow internet), floor to ceiling window the width of the room with a beautiful view of the water, turn down service including fresh ice, chocolate, etc., amazing bathroom with a flat screen TV built into the mirror, separate marble shower and tub, nice large marble counter, thick towels, good quality soap and shampoo, etc. I would have rated this hotel a "5", except when I called the front desk for a wake up call, they never answered the phone. I was on hold for about five minutes then I gave up. This should never happen at a hotel of this caliber. In fact, I have stayed at MUCH cheaper simple hotels (e.g. Comfort Inn) and they answer the phone immediately. The room also did not have enough lighting. This was a slight annoyance. The lobby was fine but nothing extraordinary. Apparently the hotel also has virtual bowling and golf.
