The room especially the bathroom was very aged and didn't seem cleaned properly. The ceiling was falling apart and the electric socket was falling out of the wall (glad the kids didn't get el.shocked). Also the carpet was very worn and at some places it seemed like a nail would be sticking out. The breakfast was really basic. Cereal, banana and bagel in a plastic bag along with cheese spread, butter and jam. It would ok for cheap hotel but not if you pay over 150 USD per night.

The guy at the reception was very helpful and it was easy to park there. The bed linens were surprisingly very nice but that was all that was positive about this place.

Room Tip: If you have no other chance and have to stay, ask for the pool side oriented rooms. We stayed in the 1st floor.

prepaid for our visit here and went to the room after having to wait several hours to check in. We were exausted and ready to sleep. The door to the room had a large gap under it, the frame of the bed and carpet were filthy dirty. The bathtub cracked and we'll used. Nothing here was worth waiting for. Offered another room and it was worse with broken furniture. We now realized why the people were so upset demanding a refund as we arrived. We did the same. It was horrible!!

Not bad for an overnight stay. Clean but older.Very accommodating for cruise parking and price. Bed was comfortable and wifi worked well. Starbucks next door and great Italian food across the street. Poolside was not too noisy but earplugs are provided as it is directly on Biscayne Blvd. It's fine place.

I have never been to a Hotel were they give you EAR PLUGS for your night stay? It also might be recommended to wrap yourself up with cling film so you don't wake up with bed bites !...this hotel is far from what it is advitised we asked to be moved (as the noise was too much)however the Manager was Rude and unhelpful. We never stayed the full duration and had to find alternative acoomadation so lost out fianchally. ..in our opinion we would NEVER stay there again!!

Clean and quiet would be the first impressions of this recently renovated boutique hotel. Located so well in the MeMo district of Miami Beach ...

Casablanca Express saved me a lot of money on our stay ...

There was an awesome Arts festival right outside our door ..

Fantastic

Room Tip: 1st floor rooms had great access
