Stayed 4/20-4/22 ages 21-50. If available choice of room near courtyard or parking. We chose rooms near free parking for ease of getting in & out of your car within steps. no pool, Small rooms were clean with comfy beds, daily maid/towel service which is nice.Continental breakfast consists of bagel, juice, donuts, cereals, fruits, coffee & juice which is adequate as we're not breakfast eaters. Bungalow mission style motel with rooms appears to have been renovated amidst abandoned hotels nearby. No fancy stuff here, but we were comfortable, price was $100/nite,. Professional photos online looks better than in person! Burker King across street and walking distance to restaurants, liquor stores & Baskin Robbins and a Brick Oven Pizza within a block was a popular family restaurant we ate at,I think its called Andros? . .. A short 15 minute drive apx 7 miles to So Beach, a plus. Staff was a bit stiff when you check in, with all the positive feedbacks, I would think they can smile and be a lil more friendly. .. This was our first time in Miami, and I researched, read reviews and priced motels. I couldn't find any decent CLEAN motels near SOBE for $100/nite. This was good for a 3 day stay.

Room Tip: If you want to be close to your car, select a room near parking lot, ease to get in & out.

We needed a place to stay for one night, and finding budget places in Miami is a hard task. This place was safe, clean and a great price. The free parking and breakfast were a bonus! The staff were very nice. We faxed the street but the noise dies down just in time for bed.

I recently stayed at the Motel Bianco for 5 nights. Usually I stay on South Beach when I visit Miami due to prime location. However, due to circumstances couldn't find anything in the price range we wanted so found our way to the Motel Bianco. Initially when I found this place the price looked right, the location wasn't too bad (still close to Miami Beach) and overall seemed to have what we would need for a comfortable stay.

After reading the existing reviews on this property, I went into this experience with eyes wide open and, admittedly, was kinda expecting the worst - hoping for the best. Generally, all the comments made in previous reviews were pretty accurate and resulted in me and my friend being actually quite impressed with what we actually found when we arrived.

The Motel was very easy to find and, despite others who have commented on the area being not the greatest - I found the area to be just fine. In the area immediately around the motel (on Biscayne Blvd) we never felt our security or safety was compromised in the slightest. The location provides pretty quick access to local malls, and is only a 5-10min drive to south beach. If you have a car, you'll be fine.

We parked in the existing lot. Big plus here - there was always parking available around the motel (no charge). And even one night when we returned a little later in the evening, there weren't any spots that we could see left, but a member of the staff came out and directed us to another location just on the other side of the building - very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and quick - the girl at the front desk was clear and articulate and friendly. The $10 deposit for the remote and key was expected so no surprises there (easily given back at time of checkout). I had requested a room in the courtyard section of the motel and we were given Room 4 on the main level just off the main lobby. I was concerned about noise from the lobby and courtyard upon arriving but it was never an issue - chalk it up to a combination of the air conditioner acting as "white noise" to cancel out chatter and a pretty calm group of motel go-ers. Because the room was off the courtyard on the main level, felt a little self-conscious as our window to our room looked out into the courtyard so blinds were always shut - but who sits in there room to "soak up the sun", right?

The room itself was was pretty simple and just had the bare essentials - but was clean and in order (room was tended to by maid service everyday). The beds were reasonably comfortable (no beside clock/alarm or phone in room). TV was old school (no flat screen) and, as a result, not the best picture. Couple of closets - we didn't use as they had an odd smell (just avoided). There was a small room adjacent to the beds which had a desk and a mini fridge. No safe in the room, AC was under the window at the front of the room and kept the room reasonably cool. Bathroom was bright and clean, towels and soap provided.

The courtyard was comfortable for lounging and never over-run or too busy with other guests. Didn't really take part of the free breakfast provided - but it looked decent - yogurt, cereal, juices/milk, Dunkin Donuts (store is just up the street in a mini mall if you want to go on your own), bagels, etc. There was also a "kitchenette" in the courtyard with a microwave, coffee, and some kitchen accessories available all day. Free Wifi was provided and although some have commented on its unreliability - perhaps cause we were right off the lobby, the service of the Wifi was always fine for us - even FaceTimed with a friend with no interruption in the signal. Checkout was easy and quick.

Overall, definitely was pleasantly surprised by the motel. My biggest concerns were the cleanliness/condition of the hotel and the area. My concerns on both counts were quickly gone upon arrival. Granted, the motel is still a little rough around the edges and those who are a bit more fussy should probably steer clear of this property. I wouldn't really recommend this place for families - more for singles and/or couples traveling together. If I was ever restricted on budget or location again I'd certainly consider Motel Bianco again.

Room Tip: 2nd floor rooms in the Courtyard section will probably provide privacy and less noise and easy acces...

The motel is beautifull, really clean and its employees are nice and polite. Nice bedrooms, with tv and fridge. There´s a great center patio where coffee is always hot so you can just chill there for a while, and have a nice time!!! We really enjoy this motel, breakfast was good too!!!

Room Tip: Beware with the area, everything else is great!

You'll see many mix reviews of this motel. This is a good place if you having reasonable expectations in relation to what you are paying for.

The motel have three main areas: ground floor rooms, first floor rooms and outside rooms. Consider the latter if you want privacy as they can be access by the parking lot without been seen (but less safer). The motel is located in a so so area, but it is not a problem if you are with you own or rented car. It is not the place to go if you plan to go for a walk at night, but Miami is like that: without a car you are not going anywhere. With a car, the location is quite convenient. You're like in the middle of everything: Miami Beach, Sawgrass, Downtown, Airport are all withing reasonable driving times.

The place has a nice modern design, despite being far from cool and frankly speaking done with standard to cheap materials. The room was reasonable clean and personally I have not experience the rude attitude by the staff. As a matter of fact they have been rather helpful and also one of the girls at the front desk is very pretty also.

The motel also have a nice common area where you can meet other people or even have meals so no need to pay for a restaurants. Good for young people but not for those looking for a quite place. The staff is very fluent both in English and Spanish.

Probably, the main two significant cons of the motel is the wi-fi coverage, good in the common areas but bad in the rooms, and low ventilation of the rooms. All the windows have fixed panels so can't be open, and this generate some humidity problems (not very serious but important for some). Regarding the wi-fi, it is not something of this motel: for some reason wi-fi coverage in many hotels (even high scale) is very bad when now this service is essential and very cheap to provide. A third contrary could be a below average breakfast. Self service coffee, yoghurt and juices, which are nice, but only donuts for eating. Adding some bread slices and biscuits could be great for a better experience.

The issue with the deposit for the remote is usual in places like this in Latin America, so it is not such an issue. Don't expect a Hilton's room or a great breakfast in a $80/day motel.

Overall, it is a good place for male solo or group travellers for a couple of nights, or for young women or couples in a budget provided are not looking for any luxury. Definetly, it is a below 35 years place, pointed towards youngers. Not a "all party time" place like a hostel, but it is not quite.

Room Tip: Prefer the first floor rather than ground. If you are looking for a private place, choose one on the...
