This is authentic fast and great Asian food !, as Bourdain said one of the best things in Miami !, an American Restaurant evolving to be as it's in the Real World !!

After eating a Cubano in Little Havana earlier in the day and thinking damn I am disappointed I decided Sakaya looked cheap & good. $2.00 for a side of delicious kim chi made my day. Their coconut rice was simply and mouthwatering good. Just ashame as a traveller I can't go back. Will be recommending to friends whom head over to Wynwood. Guy Feiri ate at this place and am so glad I did too. Thank you!

Reasonable prices and good portions (probably a little too much food to eat in one seating but at least it's good value)
tasty food (be warned that certain plates are pretty spicy)
loved how quickly are food was brought to our table after ordering

Was a tad disappointed because everybody had been raving about this place.

Tried the cheesy tater tots with steak, which were fair at best. Had some real spice to it and just not enough cheese. Steak was also dry.

Tried the coconut rice which severely lacked that amazing coconut taste one usually gets from arroz con coco, was not bad just not good.

The soft shell crab sticky buns were good, 2 lil nice buns, fried crab and a good sauce.

The kimchi was Americanized and lacked the normal spice.

Anthony Bourdain really has talked up their duck sandwich so I tried that and was so unimpressed.

Oh well!

Visited downtown location for the first time and not disappointed. We've been to midtown location many times and always love it. The Bok Choy was great and I am never disappointed with the ribs and pork buns. They have great salads as well.
