We did the Everglades safari and the Biscayne Bay trip when we were here on holiday and you cannot fault this.

Organisation was spot on, bus transport was fun and educational (free ice cold water on board) and the staff were helpful.

If you're looking for a stress-free way to see some of the "touristy" stuff Miami has to offer then this is the one for you!

We booked the Everglades and biscayne boat trip online back in the U.K. In October
You always worry that things will go wrong
NO NEED
We received a phone call the night before the trip confirming our pick up location
The bus was prompt, the trip was educational and fun
Everything ran smoothly and was well worth the $80
All the guides and drivers were very professional
I would definitely recommend this trip !

We had a ten hour window between disembarking our ship and our flight home. This 6 hour private tour worked out very well.

Once thru ships customs we called the dispatch office as directed and our driver/guide Guillermo pulled up within minutes. Vehicle was a white Mercedes van. Very clean. Very comfortable. After a short discussion of what sites most interested us we were on our way.

Sites we stopped at included Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, the Art Deco district, the Holocaust Memorial and the Wynwood walls area ( the graffiti art was a real treat/surprise.) We saw so much more between stops. Lunch in Little Havana was enjoyable...good food and friendly service. We ended the tour at Bayside Market for a little shopping. From there it was just a short drive to the airport.

Our guide Guillermo made it a point to ensure we had an enjoyable time. He even had his dispatcher check on our flight time for us. We never felt rushed. Just a nice relaxing ride around town.

Hint: when ordering ice cream after lunch try the " Elvis"...peanut butter and banana flavored...wish we could find it at home.

This was an excellent tour on Biscayne Bay. The tour guide was very personable and very entertaining. Drinks were a great price also. You will take lots of great pics.

We loved our day tour which took us around South Beach art deco district, a walk around Ocean Drive, Wynwood Walls, Calle Ocho and finally brought us to Versailles restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately the lunch was disappointing since we were promised a 30 dollar pp valued menu but received nothing near to that amount! To be precise we received one empanada, half a Cuban sandwich, a small plate of fruit (shared with three others), half a Cuban pastry and a glass of water. Lunch was ended with a tiny (max 5 ml) of Cuban coffee. Later we had an ice cream at Azucar. Eventhough we would have appreciated more honesty about the food, we did enjoy the company of the guide as well as the caring service of the driver. In the afternoon we were dropped at Bayside for the cruise and later we had time left to go shopping in the marina mall. All-in-all a positive experience.
