“Not The Old Kendall Lakes”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 10, 2013

I've played this course a few times recently and when it was called Kendall Lakes several years ago and I have to say it was in better condition when it was Kendall Lakes. I am of the opinion the the Miccosukee Tribe purchase the facility as a money maker and nothing else. It has not been maintained very well except when the Nationwide Tour visits. It's a shame really as the course does have some character but that's lost in the maintenance area. As one reviewer stated the club house is very dated and not very pleasent and the winter rates have raied considerably.

“horrible greens and a truly tired facility”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 20, 2011

The course is ok. The greens are a train wreck. The facility including the driving range are not welcoming. Broken asphalt, old mats, You'd think the tribe were bordering on destitute. They're not. Carts are old. Just a mediocre experience

“Fun course, good value and good location”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 15, 2009

Miccosukee Golf and Country Club offers, in my view, the best combination of quality golf, reasonable pricing and central location for a Miami-based visitor keen on a bit of golf. I have played the course half a dozen times and have enjoyed each outing. There are 27 holes divided into three nines (Dolphin, Marlin, Barracuda). All of them were, in May 2009, in good condition. The Barracuda has the slowest greens and seems to be the least-frequented of the three but its deceptive and intelligent layout made it my favourite. Friendly starters - one gave us a sleeve of Titleist NXT's on our second recent visit - help make this my first choice for golf in Miami.
