It's about a 25 minute drive from South Beach. But once you get there, you'll be glad you did! We ate outdoors, no reservations necessary. Our server was great, had some great recommendations for my girls mom who did not speak English or Spanish. Food was delicious. The Mahi Mahi was fresh and tasty. The steak was excellent. I had the fajitas and they were delicious. Just feel they were a little cheap with the amount of meat for the price tag we were paying. It's a little expensive for the location, but the food was excellent! You can't go wrong by eating here. I highly recommend it!n

Out of the way, in a strip mall, but absolutely wonderful We had the sea bass ceviche....lots of lime: way yummy. We had the arrechera steak, the cochinita pibil and the tequila lime mahi-mahi. They were all excellent but the best of the bunch was the mahi. We had wonderful service: the greetings at the door , the great guidance with the menu and the bug spray so that we could continue to enjoy a lovely evening outdoors. Then we got to the dessert. Don't be swayed by the chocolate brownie...hold out for the traditional desserts: they are the bomb: banana cheesecake chimichanga, churros, and the strawberry chocolate quesadilla.

I can't say one negative thing about this visit and can't want to go again.

The atmosphere and food in this restaurant were awesome! Everything we tasted was unique but delicious. The restaurant (including the restrooms) was clean. The service was friendly and helpful, but not too overbearing. The salsa - I would've bought it in a jar if they sold it!

If you are thinking about going here - give it a try! You will NOT be dissapointed!

What a delight it was to happen upon this authentic mexican restaurant tucked into a small US1 strip mall, specializing in Yucatan-style cuisine. Absolutely delicious lunch for two here and wish we would have had room for more. We will be back to try more of what looked to be a very interesting menu.
