It takes like 4 hours todo really enjoy the place, the best part Israel the outside, beautiful pictures with nature and the Ocean. Hightly recommended if you want to relax, the inside of the house is more ofrece the same

“Worth a couple of hours”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012

The overall experience is worth the price of admission. The house is very nice. You can explore on your own or take a guided tour. You can not take pictures inside the house. This makes no sense to me since it is owned by the Miami-Dade county (us taxpayers) I understand that flashes degrade pictures and tapestries but no pictures at all. As a whole the gardens and outside structures are a bit worn and need some restoration to bring them back to full working order. Many fountains are not working.

Fabulous gardens and worth spending time to see them all.
We were welcomed warmly and had great help for one of our disabled guests. However, our young guide was inexperienced and therefore did not make the house come alive.
The cafe organized a wonderful buffet lunch for us on its patio and went beyond what we expected. The cafe manager is a gem.
