We had purchased a Groupon for this experience. Once we made the reservation we were additional told we were liable for the taxes and a parking fee. When we got to the harbor we paid them for the taxes but there was no parking attendant for the lot to pay the parking fee. We visited the restaurant/bar prior to the tour departure. We also spoke to the Harbor Master and there is not a fee to park in the Harbor lot. The tour operator demanded that we pay them for parking and when we refused they refused to take us on the tour. Amazing over a parking fee they would ruin their reputation and customer service.
