Humble exterior belies the delicious food (our favorite is the seafood) and great service we receive when we eat here. We are locals- and have been here half a dozen times at least.

Enjoyed a great lunch as always at Pineda Crossing. Tried something new today the shortrib sandwich and it was delicious.

We were 10 people and had gone to a function in the area which ended around 8PM. Other places were very noisy and one person wanted seafood, and we sort of stumbled into this. Outside looks are very deceiving (as indicated by other people.) I thought the food was very good, although very expensive; other people in our party did not like the pasta. A main was about $20 plus a $4 upcharge for bisque and salad (you WANT the bisque.) Add tax and tip and 2 people walk out with a bill of $60 without dessert and drinks. (No soda, nothing extra.) The crab bisque is real bisque and is excellent. Do not miss, regardless of upcharge. I had the crab cakes and they were excellent. My wife had fish and chips, but we were too full to eat it. Two people can share one dish, but then you get billed a la carte for soup and salad, and it doesn't pay.

Started with the portabella appetizer. Next was a soup (chili) and salad for me. My wife had the grilled Mahi. Everything was superb. Jillian was an attentive server.

Our friends had been telling us about this restaurant for months. Didn't believe them! Boy, were we mistaken! From the outside it looks like a little hole-in-the-wall place. Well looks certainly can be deceiving! Everywhere you look inside at the decor there's something cute & different to see...from the skis, snowshoes & tobaggons stuck in the rafters, to the toy peddle cars & doll houses. The food was fabulous & our server Jenny was wonderful!! Bistro steak was phenomenal! We'll definitely be back!
