This is a convenient location if you are driving north or south on !-95. We had never been to this restaurant chain before. They have a very broad variety which can make it a little challenging you first time, but we placed our order and then moved on to the beverage center. There were five people waiting in line before us all because there was no ice in the ice dispenser. The time 12:03. Certainly it should not be a surprise that lots of ice was needed at noon. We waited for an employee to get ice from the back and they were in no hurry. On the way out of the back the employee stopped to talk to another employee about what they were going to do after work. They could have cared less about the guests waiting.
Another oddity was that when we entered the restaurant the hostess told us to get in line to order our food and she would place our assigned number on a table. She didn't ask where we wanted to sit and I guess we were just suppose to hunt around and find the place where she decided we should sit after placing our order and filling our beverage cups.
Thee food came pretty quickly and it was delicious. The chicken was excellent with nice flavor, a combination of citrus and jerk seasoning. The side dishes, black beans and rice, were also good. So food and service are not a problem but management, scheduling, and training needs to be improved. I would give it another try if I lived in the area.
