This a new location of the Miami based chain. The restaurant is new and big and clean and busy. When there is much of a crowd, it is also noisy. The service is pretty good and there is a no tipping policy. You enter and go to an ordering station after you have been given a table tent number. The side dishes are good, as is the flan for dessert. Our order consisted of all chicken (pollo) dishes including their chicken wrap, chicken sandwich, and 2-1/4 chicken dinners. Sides of Caribbean yellow rice, white rice and black beans, Caesar salad, and macaroni and cheese were also ordered. All sides were good, but the Caesar salad was a poor choice. A Caesar in name only. Unfortunately, the chicken (ordered white meat) in all 4 entrees was very, very dry (in fact on the hard side) and tasteless. This is not a good thing as chicken is their menu star.
As a new restaurant, the minor service issues and rather long wait to order will get better. There is not a shortage of employees. The employees are very friendly and helpful, but lack the experience with this particular type of restaurant process.
