This restaurant has kind of been an a small roller coaster. Up and down and a little twist and turn here and there. Lately, it's been nothing short of excellent. Tasty food at moderate prices. They have some of the best roast pork and offer a Cuban family favorite of mine, Boliche. A chirros sausage stuffed eye of round that is often overlooked. I get the feeling Cafe' Masaryktown is nearly ready to step it up, from "Cafe'" to "Cuisine". Their quality of food rivals many of the Tampa cuisines charging far more. It's real Cuban bread and home style cuban fare at a fair price. What more could you ask for ? From the Ybor style Cuban to the flan to the cafe con'leche .....Totally Yummy!
