What a wonderful place. I was referred by the Jackson County Floridan so off I went. Wow. Try the Southwest Panini, turkey, pepper jack, red pepper cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. You can sing it like the 'big Mac' song, but this blows away all fast food. Truly gourmet but very affordable. Ok about the Voodoo. They serve Voodoo Maui onion chips that are to die for. This place will rock your lunchtime.

The surroundings and staff are always pleasant. The menu is soups, salads, sandwiches, etc. It is always fresh and very good. The restaurant is a little off of the travelled path so a lot of it's customers are locals. If you are travelling through town on Hwy 90 it is worth looking for.

We came to Marianna to visit the caverns only to miss them as they are closed on Wednesdays! We went into town to find a place to eat lunch and after checking Trip Advisor, we went to Bistro Palms which luckily is only open for lunch! We enjoyed home made soups and sandwiches. When contemplating between two soups, the server brought us samples to try. We loved the soups and sandwiches. The décor is super quaint and the service is excellent. Our only disappointment - they were out of peanut butter pie and the antique store next door closed early!
