Joey know how to run a restaurant. Great fast friendly service and good food. Maybe a bit pricey but worth it.

My friends and I were visiting Marco Island for our college spring break and we went to Doreen's three separate times because it was that good!! The pancakes were delicious! The crunchy french toast was also amazing. Very friendly staff. Could've been quicker service with our food, but we weren't in any hurry, so we didn't care :) Also, cutest place ever!!!
The food was good, but it was a 20 minute wait for a table and then an additional 40 minute wait for the food.
Cute little breakfast joint with excellent food and service. Parking was tight and the wait was around 30 minutes, bit it's well worth your time! Good variety of dishes and everything seemed really fresh.
Our family of 6 visited Doreen's for a late morning brunch. I was expecting a long wait because of the popularity of the place, but surprisingly we got right in. We were seated outdoors in the lanai/patio area, which was very nice. It is well shaded, so not too hot, but you still get the feeling of being outdoors. I was a little disappointed that there was no kids menu, but my kids all found something they liked on the regular menu. As expected, however, the portions were way too huge for them. It would be nice if they could at least offer half portions of popular menu items so there is not so much waste for younger patrons. Our food was very good, not outstanding, and came out in a timely manner. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and was phenomenal! Overall, Doreen's was good enough to hit the spot, but I don't know that I'd go out of my way to eat there again.
