We saw the reviews of this place and decided to try it for a late breakfast. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table, but it was well worth it. They use a lot of locally sourced items. We ordered coffee and juices and our main courses. They were very flexible with substitutions swapping in French toast on one order and a pancake on another. I tried the build your own skillet which was delicious and very filling. The bill was $60, which seemed reasonable too.
