Nacho Mama's has a very cool bar atmosphere, and almost has a bit of a dive bar feel to it. It gets a young clientele which is great. Beers are nice and cold and the bartenders are very accommodating and friendly. The chips and salsa are just fine, but I tried the everything fajita (steak, chicken, scallops and shrimp) and it left a bit to be desired. Granted, I have been spoiled on California and Texas Mexican food, but the only thing good about the food was the chicken. the steak was rubbery and the bay scallops and shrimp were small and tasteless. There was no grill flavor to the onions or peppers at all. Bottom-line, this is a great place to hang out, play some pool with cold beers and eat chips/salsa.
