Description: At Arturo's Ristorante Italiano, we have crafted a perfect menu and a comfortable, friendly atmosphere to match our beautiful Marco Island, FL setting. Our atmosphere offers casual elegance in the comfort of an Italian home in our charming eatery where all of our guests, new and repeat, are treated not merely as old friends, but as family. Ask any of our local and seasonal visitors and they'll tell you, we've earned the love of their hearts and their palettes! Earning numerous awards including the Zagat Award of Excellence 2012, Wine Spectator 2012, and AAA Approved Diamond Rated in 2013, we continue to excel in all things delicious and decadent. While you're here, try one of our seasonal specials or an old favorite. Our stuffed pork chop has been called "the single best dish ever created." Made with boneless pork loin, it is stuffed full of proscuitto and mozzarella cheese, and finished off with a mushroom marsala wine sauce. We also offer delicious seafood, beef, and poultry entrees as well as a full array of appetizers, pastas, and desserts. Try the Penne alla Vodka featuring our housemade sauce, expertly crafted with fresh tomatoes, vodka, and cream. Don't forget to top your meal off with our crowd pleasing key lime pie! We also feature a full bar and an excellent wine list to pair with your amazing meal. Consider us for your next dinner out - your tastebuds will thank you!

Have eaten everywhere on the island and simply enjoy Arturo's the best for Italian food. Rich and filling, authentic and tasty, it is truly fine cuisine.

“High quality service and quite good Italian food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 18, 2013 via mobile

With no advance reservations or local knowledge, we stopped in for a late evening dinner. Our waiter provided very good and attentive service. The food was quite good, well above average, tasty, prompt and served attractively.

“Molto bene”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 17, 2013

This was our second visit to Arturo's - a year apart - and it was just as good as the first. A warm welcome as we entered was followed by friendly and efficient service from our waiter who had extensive knowledge of the menu - and a fantastic memory - as he was able to reel off all the details of the numerous specials that night without referring to any notes. Knowing that the portions are on the 'large' side, we decided to stick with the Caesar salad included with the entree as the starter and very good it was too. The veal parmigiana and chicken romano that followed were just as good as the equivalent dishes that we have been fortunate enough to eat in Italy and indeed the veal matched the best we've ever eaten in a small trattoria on the outskirts of San Gimignano in Tuscany. It was also good to see a well balanced range of Italian wines at realistic prices and the Orvieto Classico went down a treat. Combine all of this with a stylish, but homely interior and a vibrant atmosphere, and you have all the ingredients for a quality dining experience. In short - molto bene!

“Not as good as the reviews here suggest”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 16, 2013

Unlike others here we found the service was good and very smiley and gushy whereas the food was nice but unexceptional. My wife had a fish special on spinach which was good and I had the "signature" dish - the stuffed pork chop.

Being British this dish showed the best and worst of US based cuisine - all the ingredients were good, plentiful and innovative but smothered in a Marsala sauce that meant the sauce was all you could taste! My soup of the day was unremarkable but adequate and the bill was about right.

Nothing much wrong but my expectations had been raised by the rave reviews here and in local magazines. I would be happy to eat here a gain but would not be rushing back as I have been to much better places in a few days.

“Not up too par”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 13, 2013

We had dinner on the patio. Very nice atmosphere. Our waiter seemed hurried and anxious to place our orders quickly making us feel a bit rushed. The food was good, not outstanding as I expected. We ordered off their special menu for the evening offering 2 meals for $40 which included a bottle of wine. The wine was satisfactory but I felt the food reflected the "special menu" prices. Good, not great. The pasta was not home made and that was a disappointment. Evidently it is not included when ordering off this menu. Key lime pie was good but certainly not over the top. Also ordered martinis and I thought the $11.50 was a bit pricey. With so many wonderful restaurants on the island we will not be hard pressed to return here too soon.
