When you see several guests in a restaurant during the summer months on Marco, you know the place has to be good. The service in this restaurant is outstanding which makes the food the star. The servers are attentive, timing is spot on, and knowledge of the menu is unmatched. The food is made to order, so special requests are no problem.
The meal begins with fresh bread and an infused herb oil for dipping. On this particular night, both a salad and entrée special were being offered. My friend tried the parmesan crusted grouper special that came with slices of purple potatoes and an arugula/tomato side with balsamic reduction. Not only was the food delicious, but reasonably priced. The filet mignon is always a sure bet if you are in the mood for steak. Save room for dessert! On this particular night, I tried the german chocolate cake. This yummy version is deconstructed with the caramel sauce, toasted coconut on the plate with a delicious chocolate cake and scoop of ice cream on top. There was definitely no leftovers on this particular night!
