I found this place using the other guys (UrbanSpoon). They had a 96% positive rating so we gave them a try. The place was small, with four tables inside, and a couple more outside. The majority of their business seems to be take-out, since we saw several people picking up pizzas as we ate there. The owner is a really nice guy from Chicago, and he makes a pizza just like you would get if you were in Chicago. The sauce was not at all tart, with just a hint of sweetness. The dough was light and crispy, not soggy. All ingredients were fresh, and plentiful. If you like quality Chicago style pizza, you won't be disappointed.
