“Marco Movie Theatre -- Very Nice!”

We visited this movie theatre in June 2013. Since it was the off season, it was not crowded. It was nice to be able to eat a meal, which was very good, while watching a movie. The prices and menu were comparable to a Friday's or Applebee's Restaurant. You don't have to order anything to each or drink, but it's available.....popcorn too. The seats are very comfortable. This theatre is located in a great location, and is in walking distance from the Marriott Marco Island Hotel and Resort.

We saw the movie Tammy which was hysterical. You can order dinner as well all the usual movie theater food (popcorn, candy, soda etc.) We got a pitcher of soda and Large popcorn which included 1 refill of the popcorn and we got an order of potato skins. Everything was great, seats were comfortable and area was clean. Definitely a great rainy day activity.

We made fun of the photos online when we were looking for movie theaters and ended up here by mistake. When we walked in and saw the kitchen style tables and office chairs we all started to laugh hysterically. We decided to stay. It was a fun experience. A couple times during the movie I laughed spontaneously thinking about the kitchen tables again.

The staff was young and immature. A few of them were arguing in the hallway for all to hear as we left after our movie.

I am used to the luxury theaters with reclining leather seats.

It was still fun though, and if you are on vacation...why not?

Popcorn SUPER SALTY AND TOO MUCH BUTTER.

I like that Marco has a theater, but this one isn't the best. The screens are small and the surroundings tired. The food concept is interesting but VERY expensive for what you get. In the winter the theater is very busy since it is the only game in town. You need to get there early if you want to sit with your group as the seating layout is strange.

We went to the Marco Theater in the Winterberry Plaza and that was the first time I ever sat in comfortable chairs at a table, ordered dinner, and watched the movie. Awesome experience.
