I have not stayed there yet - still trying to get a reservation with the coupon on Trip Advisor. When you call the hotel to book the stay - they know nothing about the coupon. When you try to contact Trip Advisor about the problem - there is no where on the website that addresses if you are having problems making a reservation. Calling the TA phone # is also fruitless because you can not get to a person. Also as you can see - the format of this review does not fit my issues.

When you first enter the parking lot you will be greeted by people at the gate. They will ask you if you want valet service or if you want to park yourself. The cost of parking was 10 dollars a day which was a surprise on our bill. Our room was nice and had deliciously comfortable beds. The only complaints about the room was the trash cans. The style of them made it impossible to put much stuff in. There were patio doors that we left open at night and we enjoyed the sea breeze.

Went searching for a place & hotel to ask my girlfreind to marry me and I couldn't have picked a better one. I called the Hotel manager (Mac) to ask him what I was looking for on this special ocassion & he arraingned everything from the Gulf front suite to his staff names that could help me with other plans I wanted to do. Next was dinner on the beach - Herry & Mary-Beth made it perfect (My girlfriend was blown away) Top notch service, food & the Tiki touches and candles on the table completed the dinner. (Note: She said yes) The next morning (though several emails the previous month) Tina (Concierge) set us up on a dinner cruise (Princess Crusies - Naples) along with several others things like Jet skiing, Kayaking etc. By the way the weather was prefect (80-82) all five days that made the sunset's at 6:35pm with a bottle of wine or champagne that much nicer. Breakfast food was very good and the pool & beach staff were also accommodating. Lastly you need to set up time to use the Spa. All I can say is WOW!! Been to many but this was fantastic. We will be back...

We decided to take a weekend trip just south of Fort Myers. We love living in SW Florida and can take a quick get away to world class destinations like Marco Island. The Hilton is outstanding. The service and amenities of this resort are wonderful. The rooms well kept with high end bedding, bathrooms, and everything you could ask for. We used the AAA rate and got a high season rate of around $270. We chose the mid level 'pool/gulf" view on Hilton's website portal. But if you'd don't want the ocean view, don't spend the extra on the middle priced room. It was first floor pool view right in front of the spa. So we had to keep the blinds drawn as people were in front of the balcony all the time. Couldn't see any of the gulf. So, I would save the 25-30 dollars per night and go for the "garden view". We were literally 25 steps from the boardwalk out the back door to the beach. So, how often are you in the room staring out the window versus walking out the door and being on the beach, which is also very lovely. I missed the sign for towels at the pool shack and had to go back for them.

Also, the only other nickle and dime thing, is the parking lot. If you are staying at a high end resort paying upwards of $300 per night, why hit me $10 per night to park my car in front. I hate that!

As a travel agent, I'm always reading Tripadvisor, but rarely get around to contributing to it. Decided to write more reviews :) Excellent location on the beach, the rooms were a large size, which is a big plus for families. Walls are thick, so you couldn't hear your neighbors, another plus. Not really catered to young kids, moreso adults, but still a wonderful choice for anyone. We utilized the business center, pool, hot tub and played at the beach. We ate a fabulous Christmas buffet at Hilton. Would book any of my clients there without question.

The staff was friendly, they have a terrific pool, and the beach access is great. The hotel restaurants and bars are pricey ($9 for a bar drink, $12 for an omelette) and only okay in quality, so it pays to check out other options for a meal. We stayed here as a part of a Southwest Airlines package vacation, and the week before Christmas it was surprisingly uncrowded. Very professional but slightly stuffy atmosphere. $10 per day for parking. The rooms are very nice with a generous balcony. There is a small shopping center across the street with a movie theater, an ice cream shop and some restaurants which come in handy when travelling with kids. I would stay here again.
