Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort--CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS; REOPENING DEC. 1, 2017

This resort is awesome. I was there in off season, so place was only 40% full. I got a great rate ($118 nite) and was upgraded at check in. I arrived at 930 am and they placed me into my room immediately. Pool and beach are flawless. Resort prices are high for drinks and food, but the room has a refrigerator and hotel has a 2 for 1 happy hour. Some of the world's best seafood places are within an easy 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Marco can be a very quiet island, so if you are looking for a wild spot, this aint it. The island is pure R&R.....great food, warm water, quiet days

My DH and I spent 4 nights here for our anniversary in mid-October. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and time on Marco Island. The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. Every staff person we encountered, in all different areas, was impeccably polite and helpful. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Ocean View room, which was very nice. We were on the 6th floor and enjoyed the balcony. The bathroom was very nice with granite counters and nice shower (as oppposed to some grungy tub/showers we've seen before). There is a small fridge but no microwave. The only downside to the room was a damp smell. However, my husband frequently travels and said this is typical of any room in the south that he's stayed in. It simply is very humid here. Each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee for our walk on the beach. The pool was great and this time of year, the hotel was not crowded. We had breakfast at the hotel and with our Hilton points, it was a great value. It included a free continental breakfast which was more than I would ever eat anyways. Or, for $5, we got hot breakfast. It is otherwise $20/person for breakfast buffet. The beach is a about 10 steps from the pool, which we loved. We saw beautiful sunsets every night. We ate at Snook Inn, Nacho Mama, and Little Bar Restaurant (?) out in Goodland. All were very good. There are several nice restaurants across the street you can easily walk to. Our stay was a perfect 10. Every day we talked about coming back with our kids. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Hilton Marco Island (Oct 19-21) and loved every minute, my only complaint is we couldnt stay longer. From the time we checked in to the time we left the staff could not have been nicer. We were there celebrating my Mom's Birthday which the hotel went out of their way to make it a special stay for her. The rooms are large and clean with a nice flat screen TV, mini fridge, safe and a very nice balcony. The beach is amazing yes it is not soft white sand but it is beautiful and shells can be found from the moment you step on the beach. We actually had a wake up call one morning so we could be out on the beach early for low tide to shell hunt. The shells are amazing and it does become addicting..walk towards the Marriott that seems to be the best way to go for the best shells. Had dinner at the Pelican Bend on the Isle of Capri and the Little Bar in Goodland which were both very good seafood with an old Florida flare. We are already talking about our next trip back to Marco and the Hilton, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

We stayed four Nights,The Room was a Junior Suite, Clean, Spacious,Beautifully Decorated, Comfortable beds, With everything you could possibly need. All Staff were friendly & helpful.
Perfect Location on the beach, just short board-walk, into the warm waters of the Mexican Gulf. The Pool area was super very clean large pool,& beautifully landscaped. We did not eat at the Hotel but what we saw looked very good. Shops and Restaurants just across the road and many more only about 5 minuets drive away.

Hard to fault, but the Sunbeds were very uncomfortable. And we felt the car parking was rater expensive.

We were celebrating my wife's birthday and our anniversary. Mac Chaudlry, manager, and Tina Stifller, concierge, made us feel special. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a wonderful King junior suite overlooking the gulf. My wife spent the afternoon at the SPA being treated royally while I lounged by the poolside bar. When we returned to the room, we found complementry Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We enjoyed them on our balcony while watching the sunset before going out to a very romantic dinner arranged by Tina. Overal, they treated us great and made our stay very special.

just got back form 7 days. Hilton Marco is very nice hotel...rooms are Hilton standard which is above par..nice balcony on 9th floor with great sunset view. All staff were very helpful and friendly- not intrusive. Pool was nice, food above average for dinner which we did there twice due to severe weather. Breakfast buffet above average. Nice to have an uncrowded beach scene. water was superb warm and little waves.
Great stay
