My wife and I recently stayed at this Hilton for four days. And we 100% enjoyed it. Upon check in, which was quick and painless, we were offered an ocean/pool view upgrade ($39). We were glad we did. The room was large and very comfortable. It had a very comfortable king bed with nice linens (the pillows could have been quality). The room also had several nice comfortable chairs and a plush sofa. Significant draw and closet space. The bathroom was also nice. During our stay our room was kept very clean and well stocked. The Internet was better than most hotels (the Internet is included for us as we are Hilton Honors Silver members). The only negative thing about the room was the TV; the remote was very goofy to use and the channels were limited (no free movie channel, TCM or AMC). The pool and beach area were just super. The hotel and surrounding grounds were spotless. We also did the spa (massages) for $99, which was well worth the price. All restaurants on site were very good; the Sandcastle lounge was the best, especially their happy hour feature - 2 for the price of 1, which were not watered down. Overall, we would strongly recommend this hotel over others on the island due to how clean it was, quiet at night, especially in the room, the features offered (beach chairs), and the friendly staff (the Marriot Hotel down the street is much too big). Management should be given kudos for training the staff. Good job.

Room Tip: Get a room with an ocean view - it is worth the price different.

My family and I needed a break from Chicago's winter blues and decided to visit Marco Island mainly because the flight to Ft. Myers was pretty inexpensive. I'd never been to Marco Island before and had no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised when we checked into this hotel. Every staff member was professional and pleasant. More importantly, the hotel doesn't nickel and dime you to death... there's no resort fee, no charge for beach chairs, parking is only $10 (unless you opt to valet). They have rocking chairs for you to enjoy and a beach front cafe. A tot pool would have been nice, but we managed without one. The breakfast buffet was just OK, but our waitress (I think her name was Cindy) made up for what was lacking with the food.

Room Tip: Here's my one bit of advice...the hotel lays perpendicular to beach, so north facing rooms will...

Comfortable, great location and pleasant staff. Very relaxing and the food was both varied and of good quality. Lots of dining choices which made eating at the hotel a different experience each of the 3 nights we stayed.
The beach was quiet and clean and easily accessible from the hotel.
We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Room Tip: The Gulf Room views are each side of the building, because of the angle that would apply to most roo...

Just spent a quick 3-night get-away weekend in Marco Island and stayed at the Hilton. Even though its "In Season" the hotel was remarkably quiet and the beaches empty. We were treated like royalty. Everybody was friendly and it's just a very chill vibe. We spent out last day at the Spa which was relaxing. You can spend the day for $25, but all the amenities are free with the a massage. The hotel and restaurants are expensive but it's a vacation and worth being pampered. I'll be back in a heartbeat.

We recently spent several days at this resort hotel for a family reunion and were very happy with the facilities and service. Our room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel, the continental buffet, and found more than enough tasty offerings, including freshly squeezed orange juice. The beach is easily accessible and the large pool is surrounded by plenty of chairs- stake one out early if you like to be in the sun!

Room Tip: We opted to pay a bit more for an ocean view and it was worth it. Ask for a room on the fifth or si...

This is our second stay. My wife and I were here in Jan of 2012 and again this Jan 2013. Mac Chaudhry, the general manager of the hotel, has put together a staff that go the extra mile regardless of their job description. Every employee you meet in the building greets you with a smile and a good morning or whatever the time of day. When you enter the front doors you are greeted with a welcome back from the doorman and personnel at the front desk. Tina Stiffler at the Concierge Desk goes out of her way to make your stay fantastic. She does many extra things that go beyond what is expected from the Concierge Desk.

The cleanliness and the ammenties offered at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort are superb. I am a Hilton Diamond member and have been for several years. This Hilton tops my list for both leisure and business stays.

Room Tip: Corner suites are large and sunny and are worth the few extra dollars. Our bedroom looks directly o...
