We enjoyed two nights at the Hilton Marco Island in July. This is a lovely beach front property that has been well maintained over the years. Our check in was smooth and the gentleman who checked us in was polite, engaging and professional and used my name several times during our interaction. Our room was on the 9th floor and was spacious and clean with an excellent ocean view and a very effective air conditioning. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and timely each day, providing a quick and efficient service. They also provided ample bath amenities, which was very handy as I’d forgotten my conditioner and my hair was much in need after a day in the water. Our bellman at check in was knowledgeable and polite, offering suggestions on dining and giving a nice basic tour of the property on the way to our room. Dan was the bellman who assisted us at check out and he was extremely polite, making suggestions about a possible return visit. Dan also greeted another guest by name while we were in the elevator, which I felt was a very positive reflection of the level of engagement their team has with guests.

The location of the property itself is outstanding. There are two boardwalks out to the beach and a rather cozy swimming pool. The resort provides beach chairs complimentary, but umbrellas are a tad extra and very worth it as the Florida sun is intense. They also had a server deliver drinks to the beachfront chairs which we very much enjoyed. Our rum runners were tasty and they were not stingy with the rum!

We dined in the Paradise Café one day. The food was very good and the presentation of our meals was also appealing. For our other meals, we opted to dine off property and found Tom (the manager on duty) to be very helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants and driving directions as well as a map.

The resort also features a lovely spa which offers a steam room and sauna in addition to a co-ed relaxation garden and Jacuzzi area. The spa has a great array of treatments from massage, body therapies and facials to salon services. Lesia in the spa was extremely polite, professional and accommodating to our requests.

Overall, a wonderful experience and no less than you would expect from a Hilton resort. The staff was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. We will certainly return for another visit.

This hotel is like a second home to me. Every time i go to Marco Island, which is every year for summer, i stay in this hotel, no doubt. I've been here about 4 times and i haven't been let down not even once. Its not luxurious like other hotels, the rooms are not spectacular like others, and its not spanking brand new. However, when you enter the hotel, you just feel that warmth thats like saying "Welcome Home". The service and the attention is divine. One time, i lost my sunglasses that i had just bought, and i went to the lost and found, and their staff looked ALL OVER the hotel, they asked people, they made announcements, it was unbelievable how much attention they paid to just that one pair of sunglasses (which is a PLUS in my opinion). The cleanness of the hotel is indescribable. And even though the rooms are not SHAZAAM, they are perfect for the occasion, i mean, its not like your renting a hotel in Las Vegas or anything! Did i mention how AFFORDABLE the hotel is? You always have to buy the room with time and not procrastinate. Because the most of the times the rooms are sold out. Thats how much people love this hotel. In conclusion, i think that this could be one of the best hotels in Marco island. If you're in doubt about which hotel to go on your vacations, choose this one. I'll BET you wont be disappointed. [ By the way, SUNSETS ARE BEAUTIFUL :) ]

Room Tip: DONT PROCRASTINATE! Buy the rooms with time. If not, they will be SOLD OUT! Trust me.

Hello
We are in florida x 15 days and decided to do a tour around marco island, naples, fort lauderdale, the keys and south beach
Marco island was the first stop and it was truly a pleasure, the hotel has everything you need to relax and have a good time
Room spacious, clean, nice shower
Amenities: nice swimming pool, too hot for my taste!
Nice location in front of the beach, umbrellas are for rental, 20 dollars per day with four chairs, far too expensive, we stayed in the swimming pool
Area with plenty of free chairs and walk 200 metres to the sea
The restaurant has good food, not really a special or fancy place but ok for lunch
For dinner we went to venetian bay area, dinner overlooking the bay, nice and 4 miles away, and also went to naples for shopping coastland mall( half hour drive)and cheese cake factory awesome!
Hilton marco island is a good option if you are travelling with children, really quiet beach
I would not stay more than 3 days as there are not some many options for dinner in the area
By the way parking 12 usd x day, plenty of free space across the street for free
Breakfast 20 p/person we had some fruits, coffee, muffins and yogurt across the street at 711 for 8 usd for both of us and took it to the beach
Thank you and i hope it helps you

We own a moving company and moved a customer to Naples Fl. We decided to stay at Marco Island for a two day rest. We had visited Marco Island a couple years back and did not enjoy the trip at another hotel.

I chose the Hilton from the reviews. The rooms were clean and spacious. Partial ocean front view. Its not a full view ocean front view. The pool and beach area was very nice, the bar accommodating. The breakfast buffet was a bit too pricey. Concierge was very informative, and pointed us to a good italian restaurant and bar.

The beach was clean, and beautiful. We rented the jet skis.
The staff was well informed and helpful. We tried booking massages but their schedule was full.

We had a excellent time this trip despite Tropical Storm Debby hovering over us. And are actually going back to this hotel in another week.
