If you're looking for an extensive menu this isn't the place for you. But if you want fresh fish right off the boat, cooked perfectly, then head on down to Olde Marco for a delicious lunch or dinner. They are open 11 to 7, and have a nice outdoor courtyard to enjoy your meal in. On the day we went, mahi mahi was the catch of the day, and we ordered the platter with black beans and rice. The fish had a nice salsa and light cheese topping, and was more than enough for lunch (we took half home for dinner!).

Choices are limited (fish and shrimp or whatever the catch of the day is!), as a taco or basket, or the larger size platter that we got. Staff is super nice. We loved it and will definitely return.

This small hidden away place was a wonderful discovery. We ate here several times and the fish dishes were always really good. Reasonably priced and very fresh. Very nice folks running the place. We did take-out, but did sit down at little courtyard also. Don't forget the key lime pie!

Our friends stumbled on this spot on their trip and recommended it to us.

It's a small fish market that also serves lunch. Walk in, check the simple menu, order, and wait outside. They yell your number out, the food comes in a basket and is very simple, yet tasty.

We ordered the fish Island Style, which is basically the catch of the day over a bed of rice, beans, cheese and sour cream. Very tasty! I overheard another table that got the fish tacos that said they were the best ever. Worth trying.

If you want fresh fish that came off the boats that day this is the place to buy your fish. We decided against eating out one evening and opted to purchase fresh fish to cook at our condo. Lee Be Fish was recommended and we are glad we got our grouper there. The grouper was amazing and sooo fresh. You can't get the same fresh tasting fish up north and while it is more expensive it is well worth it. I recommend this little out of the way seafood shop and restaurant on your visit to Marco Island. Make sure you plug in the directions on your GPS.

Staying in Marco Island for a week, it was hard to find any takeout food options. Glad we found Lee Be. The food was very good and among the best takeout we found on our trip. We called ahead to place our order (good thing because they closed at 7pm). The place was relatively easy to find and was literally a small shack. It was pretty busy considering how quiet the island is.

The guy answering the phone helped us place our order. He was very helpful suggesting an order of fish and chips (tuna was the fish of the day), and an order of the Fish Tacos with shrimp. First, the fish tacos were better than the fish and chips. The taste was very good (although the shrimp was bland and could have easily been frozen shrimp for all we knew). The overall flavor of the tacos was very good though and we'd wished we got another one because it was pretty small for the price. The rice and beans was an interesting mixture in a small foam bowl. Not bad though. The fish and chips were ok but the fish was a bit dry. It's possible that because it was over 40 minutes until we got home to eat it that it might have dried a bit, and maybe it would be better fresh out of the fryer.

We'd definitely eat here again, and not just because there are few other choices on the island.
