Another 'foodie' find on Marco - how blessed this island is. Nice ambiance, knowledgeable and efficient staff, with service just at the right pace to allow you to savour the taste of one course and look forward to the next. Crab/shrimp crevettes and foie gras appetizers were excellent as were the entrees of scallops and shrimp (one of the specials that night) and filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection. The house salad in between was good with the house dressing being one of the best we've tasted. And how pleasing to have main courses with vegetables, in this case carrots and broccoli, with roasted potatoes. Good wine list at reasonable prices. The French theme runs throughout and really came home to roost with the tarte tartin for dessert. The best of France is here in Marco and another gourmet treat awaits.
