Read a review that said the staff wasn't friendly and almost didn't try this place. We decided to try it for happy hour and to watch the playoff games on Sunday as we saw a lot of tv's in the bar area. We are really glad we gave it a chance. The bartender and entire staff were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. A lady seated next to us said she lived in the same building and that the food there was great so we decided to stay for dinner. The menu has a full selection of the usual food categories, but we decided to try a selection from the nightly specials. The bartender tried to explain the dish but when he wasn't sure he brought over the manager who was extremely nice and ultimately the chef actually came over to us. We had the portobello mushroom cap stuffed with 5 large diver scallops in a creamy sauce with fried leeks on top. It was delicious. The potato and sauted vegetables were perfectly cooked. It came with a side salad with really great chunky bleu cheese dressing. All for $23. It was the best meal we had all weekend on Marco Island.
