“WOW”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 26, 2013

Spent a week in an exchange property there. What more can you ask for- facing west on the gulf(sunsets that will knock your socks or flip- flops off!), a few second walk to the beautiful, clean, white sand beaches watching the sea birds dive for fish, dolphins playing, warm, calm gulf waters to play in. This time of the year is an excellent time to go, warm, calm weather and no crowds(on the beach, roads and restaurants). If I ever ran away from home this where I would go!

“ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 18, 2013

We have, in the past, been Atlantic vacationers but that was then. We have changed our tune after experiencing Madeira Beach! The beaches are impeccably "swept" every morning. That doesn't mean that the shells are gone, just the debris! The sunsets are breathtaking. The waves are calm enough for even me to go out and play in the Gulf. Not crowded or overrun. No real "vendor" type people to be bothered by. There are plenty of good places to eat within walking distance and an array of water activities. We absolutely loved it!

“Beautiful beach!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013

We are beach lovers and this beach was great. very clean. I've never enjoyed so much bird fishing activity at a beach location before. We also watched dolphins playing. Beautiful sunsets. The Emerald Coast is much closer to home and has a little bigger waves, but when traveling to this area for business, I would definitely come back!

“FLORIDA FUN SHUTTLE TO HOTEL”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013

Stephen and Sandra picked the 8 of us up in the morning from our hotel in Orlando to take us to our beach condo rental in Madeira Beach, right across from Bubba Gump's. On the way they asked us if we would like to stop at the grocery store because they knew we were about two to three miles from a market. So, we stocked up on everything we would need for our three night stay. They patiently waited for us to complete our purchases and then on we went. They told us that the beach was wonderful but if there was a storm to watch out for rip tides, because our condo was right next to the bridge that goes into Tampa Bay.
Sandra even offered me some hand lotion because I had forgotten to pack it. It was made from natural ingredients by a company called ITWORKS and it is for scar tissue and stretch marks but was so smooth and not oily I will be buying it.
The MacKenzie's do everything to accomodate your every whim or need and they picked us up after our three night stay and took us to the airport helping us get out luggage inside the terminal. Thank you MacKenzie's and Florida Fun Shuttle for your ease of doing business! We will definitely use you again.

“Relaxing”

Love this beach. Not as far of a walk to water as Treasure Island beach . Laid back not busy like Clearwater beach. Alcohol is allowed on beach .
