We just returned from a week long stay at this condo. We had a two bedroom, two bath end unit facing the Gulf of Mexico. The only reason I didn't give this condo an excellent rating is due to the fact that the building shows signs of aging, i.e. could stand a paint job. Other than that, the condo inside was lovely, the views from the unit were awesome and the beach is very accessible. The pool is on the small size, so if you are traveling with a large group you may want to keep that in mind. The under-building parking was very much appreciated, especially since Tropical Storm Alberto hit while we were there. John's Pass is right across the street and offers shopping and a variety of dining options set in an historical fishing village. I will definitely book here again if we head back to the Tampa area.
