This review is for Hubbard's customer service only, as the sunset cruise was cancelled abruptly. We had phone registered for the cruise and were asked for our phone number in case it had to be cancelled; apparently they would call if that was the case. We arrived at the marina 1/2 hour before scheduled departure time and were told that the cruise may be cancelled as not enough people were signed up. After waiting almost 20 minutes I went to the desk (inside the gift shop) and inquired as to the cruise status. They said that the it was cancelled as there had been a few showers....but actually it wasn't/hadn't been raining in that area. I asked when they were planning to come over to the waiting area and let people know about the cancellation, and the Hubbard's staff person told me that "people would find out when they came to pay for their tickets." No regard at all for clients' time being wasted. Last time in the area, we took a sunset cruise with another company and next time will book with the other company again. Hubbard's must be doing well enough financially that they don't have to be concerned with customer service.
