Probably the worst experience at a restaurant in Sarasota.
Our server was nothing short of rude & aggressive.
To the extent it was almost that we were causing him to have to work!
Heaven forbid - you are an employee we are the customer!
Never forget that - the customer is key! Quite clearly the management of this place will employee anyone and don't train their staff in customer service.
No time to look over menu, rushed into ordering drinks.
Appetizers arrived - literally within minutes entrees appeared and were dumped down on the table beside us. No explanation or offer to take them back until appetizers were finished.
Food quality was very poor to the extent - stodgy!
To our server, I hope your management read this and act accordingly. For your attitude was shocking and we will not return or recommend the Chart House. Hence the reason your tip was of the level it was - what did you expect 20% for talking to us like second class citizens and making us feel completely unwelcome?? Seriously!
