“Gorgeous View- Great Seafood”
Reviewed July 20, 2014

We had the pleasure of dining at Dry Dock last week while on vacation in AMI- it is worth the drive to Longboat Key! The restaurant is tucked back in behind a boat storage warehouse, but once inside, you are in for a treat. Beautiful restaurant- clean, updated- nice decor and gorgeous water views. We were fortunate to get a table upstairs by the window. The host and waitress were very friendly and professional and we loved everything we ordered- shrimp, crab cakes, pasta with grouper, grouper dinner, salads, etc... We would recommend to anyone staying on Longboat Key and recommend to those staying on AMI even though it is probably a 30 min drive from the north end. It is a nice coastline drive that is scenic. Hopefully we will get a chance to go back!

“Pretty much perfect”
Reviewed July 19, 2014 via mobile

Went for my birthday having consulted TripAdvisor.
First thing you notice is how clean the place is, spotless.
Service was so good, food was amazing. We had lobster tacos.
I'm going back to try everything on the menu and I live an hour away.

“Delicious, friendly, lovely place for dinner”
Reviewed July 19, 2014

We were a table of four and based on website information, booked a preferred seating time. We only had to wait about 5-10 minutes from our seating time but even on a Monday night it was crowded. Everyone was very helpful and our waitress was particularly knowledgeable of the menu and made helpful recommendations. One of the managers created drink specials and he was on hand to advise us as well. Everyone at our table was very pleased with their meals. The lobster tail dinner was perfect and not overpriced. They were out of the fish and chips but the recommended substitution of the grouper sandwich was quite pleasing. Our one meat eater had a very tasty burger. The only just OK side was the sliced potatoes which were undercooked. Order the fries or cole slaw instead. The drinks were unique and refreshing. On our night we tried a strawberry rhubarb mojito...fun!! The surroundings were lovely and we would not hesitate to return or recommend.

“Never fails to impress”
Reviewed July 18, 2014 via mobile

Keeps a consistent standard and even now with its new extension the staff always make their customers feel welcome, and the products from the kitchen are always of the highest caliber. It has become a legend on Longboat Key and deservedly so.

“Really Nice Dinner Location”
Reviewed July 16, 2014

Just returned from Longboat Key where we had dinner at the Dry Dock Waterfront Grill. This is a beautiful location and we were seated on the patio. Wonderful breeze, really good food and great service. The drinks were excellent as was the house wine. The grouper is excellent here. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Longboat Key.
