Have not been to the restaurant(it is pricey BTW, this is not a restaurant you'd typically take young children too) but the upstairs dessert bar is something everyone with a sweet tooth should check out. Pies, tarts and cakes are beautifully presented and the hostess gives you a description of each. My favorite is the Coconut cream pie, smooth and creamy and flavorful with just the right amount of coconut flavor although I scrape off some of the cream topping to get the most coconut flavor. Others in my family had the Banana cream and Lemon Meringue pie and everyone enjoyed their desserts.
I have had the Apple pie in the past but the crust was too tough and the filling too sweet. I like an apple pie with filling that has some acidity to it, lemon zest and juice.

Their selection is amazing so if you are in the Sarasota area and are looking for a place to have a dessert, check it out!

Desserts are also available as take out.

We've been hearing about this restaurant for 2 years, as it's our friend's favorite dining spot. We finally had to try for ourselves and were not disappointed. We had two of their signature dishes--duck and peppercorn steak--and understand why they are noted as such. Unfortunately, we did not have room for desert but understand that it's an experience to go upstairs after dining. We'll try this next year and definitely save room for goodies.

Yes I drove from Tampa for this beach deliciousness. Had garden window for two. Banana bread, good martini. My wife looked awesome. Last here 14 years ago. Chef was at the tables every now n then. Fried green tomato like I never had. Good Chilean sauce with it. Lemon sauce on the romaine Ceaser. But the house steak. Whoe. Keep some water handy for peppercorn steak hotness. The sauce tasted like orange heaven. Kinda like upscale A1. Service was great downstairs. Had mexicana coffee with whip cream. Then chocolate cake to add a few more waistline inches. My drive was worth it. It was memorable once again after 14 years. Thank you Chef. Thank you wife too.

Is a small place with small tables, but the food is exquisite!!!. They have a bread that can be a dessert by it self. Great attention too.

Had an exceptonal dinner at Euphemism Haye. There were 6 in our party & each person was well pleased with their selection. The service was excellent & accommodating. This is a relatively expensive restaurant but worth every penny. Don't miss the upstairs area where you can experience their fabulous array of deserts; enjoy an after dinner drink while enjoying the piano bar.
