Loud music. Over priced. $7 for a side order of sweet potato fries. My salad with blackened mahi was tasty.

My husband and I were really pleased to see the return of Mulligans to our area. We stopped in last Sunday for breakfast on the outside patio. Our waiter, Tommy noticed the sun was in my eyes and said it should only be about five minutes before it would disappear behind the building. We ordered iced coffee and by the time he returned with it, he apologized for my being in direct sun and rolled an umbrella over for me. Pretty impressive! My husband had the breakfast burrito and asked if it had any meat in it. Tommy assured him there wasn't. When it arrived, it looked like ham was in it. Tommy came to see why he looked unhappy and then explained it was just red onion. Once again, on top of things! My Eggs Florentine was delicious. It's a keeper. So is Tommy.

Saw a BOGO (up to $10) coupon, in the Sun Sentinel and decided to try it. Mulligan's is a fairly new (the space used to be s souvenir store) restaurant, "almost" on the beach. (there are "beach views, if you sit outside) in Lauderdale by the Sea. We were seated, promptly, and order taken right away. My husband had the Shrimp Scampi flatbread and I had their Classic Reuben; both were delicious. ( the sandwich came with homemade chips - warm and very good) The service was great and very attentive. They have a great Happy Hour (1pm - 7), with great specials; will go for that, next time.

I had always gone to the old location over the street but since I haven't been in the area in a few years hadn't visited this new location until now. It's defo lost the charm of the old place and not as friendly but the food was good and it's got a great view of the gulf. Overall I'd recommend it although it was nothing special.

Amazing quality of food and overall value for this location.
Met quite a few local people here. Cold frost beer for $2 ??
Margeritas $5? Fish and chips were amazing.
Prices are very reasonable here and this place is steps to the beach. Lots of good stuff on the menu and NOT just bar food.
Excellent shrimp cocktail, lots of fresh fish entrees, pasta, beef, chicken,
This is a newer restaurant working hard to compete with the overpriced restaurants in the immediate area. This is NOT a typical tourist trap on the beach.
Many thanks to our server Michelle and management for an wonderful dining experience!
