We've been coming here since the 90's! And it hasn't changed a bit! Which is a GOOD thing! It's one of those rare places where the food is as good as the view. The fish, no matter which kind or how it's prepared is always fresh and delicious. My favorites are blackened Mahi, swordfish and red snapper- depending on what's freshly available. They have the best blackening mixture! Their conch fritters and conch chowder are amazing. During claw season, theirs are sweet, large and way more affordable than the famous crab claw places, with a better atmosphere to boot. Great selection of beer (key west sunset ale if they have it is great) and the cocktails are always well mixed. There's always a fun band and everyone is in a happy beachy mood. This is the place you want to come for some beachside fun with fabulous food!

Went here with friends. Got a nice table by the window for a beautiful view of the beach.
It seemed to be busy with a short (15 minutes) waiting period, but we could sit at the bar for a pre dinner drink.

Food selection was good and the service was good and on time. Food was also very good and for me again the portions were a bit too big. I had the seafood pasta which was nice a creamy and very tasty.

Have to have the deserts! We took two deserts to share between the table and both were very nice (rum cheese cake and some multi layer chocolate cake) ... they were to die for

They have a regular wine menu and then also a reserve wine menu. So there is a nice choice for all types of customers.

The restaurant is a bit noisy because it is really busy, but well worth it. Whilst I was having a smoke outside someone came up to me and said out of all the restaurants around the area, that Aruba was the best

So I would recommend this if you dont mind the noise ....

Ducked into this "On the Beach" restaurant and bar…plan to valet and it's a really good deal!! This place actually has three bars and usually Friday (great happy hour), Saturday and Sunday's live entertainment (not sure about other days)…bar food is good…had the chicken queso and enjoyed it. Drink prices are average for on the beach real estate! Good entertainment on Sunday evening as well as dance floor…just didn't like the smell of the stale beer that lands on the floor behind the bar...

We visited Aruba many times during our stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. We went for drinks, for Happy Hour (5-7pm) with live music every night, for Brunch, for dinner. Sit inside or outside, always a great atmosphere, good service, lots of fun and cocktails.

Enjoyed peel and eat shrimp and seafood Alfredo dish that was very good. The location is right on the beach and loved the view. Live music was a bit too loud for a business dinner.
